Hurricane Irma: No Match for Antigua's Solar Energy

As we’ve all heard on the news, on September 6th Hurricane Irma quickly became known throughout the Caribbean and the Southeast portion of the United States. Irma exceeded a category 5, measuring in as the strongest hurricane in history. Antigua, while still suffering heavy damage from the storm, was not hit the hardest. Barbuda suffered the most damage from this storm.Antigua was affected by winds as high as 275 km/h. As far as their solar energy goes, the designer has seen these storms happen before and have adjusted the design a bit to accommodate the severe weather.
